Property description
Sunset Views is a great holiday home with amazing views from a private deck and much of the interior. The pool area shares the same views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lion’s Head. The interior is modern and the 6 bedrooms are all beautifully decorated. The large master bedroom spans the whole of the upper level of the house. 3 further bedrooms share the main level of the house, 2 of which share a bathroom and the third is en-suite with a kitchenette. The final 2 bedrooms are in a self-contained cottage with kitchenette and lounge and they share a bathroom. Accessed via an outdoor staircase, this area is great for grandparents, an au-pair or teenagers needing their own privacy and space. Please note – strictly no parties allowed.

Be Aware Of :
The downstairs bedrooms (5&6) are self-contained units and accessed via an outdoor staircase. The master bedroom is accessed by a glass spiral staircase not for the faint-hearted! Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use SUPERHOG to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
