Located on a quiet street between Main Road and High Level Road in Sea Point, this beautiful Victorian home is the perfect escape into the laid back lifestyle of Cape Town, whilst still being a short walk to all the action. Upstairs: It comfortably sleeps 6 in three en-suite bedrooms with high ceilings and fitted with ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom a queen, and the kids room has two single beds. There is a sunny balcony just outside the bay window of the main bedroom. Downstairs: The living area with working fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen and guest toilet are located downstairs. There is a large balcony in the front of the house where you can enjoy meals. The kitchen leads onto a rolling deck at the back of the property which acts as a secure cover for the swimming pool.
